RECOMMENDED RESOURCES
This is a lis of just some of the books and websites that Tom and Maxine use to gather information.  We hope this list is of assistance.

www.urbanharvest.org - Urban Harvest has a great deal of information for just about anyone.  They offer many classes and you can purchase Bob Randall's book through them.  They also sponsor the Bayou City Farmers Market held every Saturday morning.
www.100mileharvest.com This site follows the Arroyos family and their journey toward eating everything grown within 100 miles from their home in Sugarland, Texas.  They have additional pages on where the product is grown and what vegetables are available when.  This is a wonderful site.
